We are pleased to accommodate exchanges within 7 days on all sets that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with. If the hair quality&hair color&hair length is not right, please e-mail us at [email protected] to initiate your exchange and we will be more than happy to assist you further.
Here are some FAQ in regards to our exchange policy:
1. CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
Yes. We are happy to accept your set back for an exchange within 7 days, as long as it has not been opened, worn, or tampered with.
2. WHAT IS THE EXCHANGE PERIOD?
We will provide an exchange on unopened hair extensions within (15) days of the date that you receive your hair extensions.
3. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY EXCHANGE?
Yes, you are responsible for most exchange shipping costs except quality problem and wrong delivery. We recommend that you send your set back with a tracking option, because Jada Hair will not be responsible for lost packages. Note: please indicate "EXCHANGE, NO DUTIES" on the package, otherwise the package may be returned to you.
4. HOW CAN I EXCHANGE MY HAIR FOR ANOTHER COLOR OR STYLE?
Email us at [email protected] and let us know your order number, as well as which shade you'd like to exchange for. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back for an exchange. All items will be inspected to see if you can get an exchange. Note: we highly recommend to ship your set via a trackable shipping option, as that can greatly expedite the process.
5. MAY I EXCHANGE THE HAIR WITHOUT CONTACT YOU OR GETTING AN RMA?
No. You must contact us prior to sending your exchange, as the return address may be different from the address your order was originally shipped from. Also, the RMA facilitates tracking of your returned product and expedites your exchange. Please note that exchanges for merchandise returned without contacting us cannot be guaranteed.
6. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY EXCHANGE?
We will send you the different color/style hair after we have received your returns, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information of the set being sent back, in order for us to place the order for your exchange. It takes 1-2 business days to process all orders from the moment we place it in our system. USA orders take 3-5 business days to be delivered with standard free shipping, and Europe orders may take anywhere from 3-7 business days.
7. WHY ARE Jada Hair NON-EXCHANGEABLE IF OPENED?
Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow opened items to be returned or exchanged for the safety of all our customers. We are not alone - other hair extensions suppliers do not allow returns or exchanges of opened items for the same reasons.

Human Hair Return Policy
1. Do you have an exchange policy?
We understand that picking the right hair (Smooth, No Tangle, No Shed, Right Color etc.) might be a bit difficult when choosing from a computer screen, so we are happy to exchange your unopened Jada Hair Extension set for your satisfied hair. Due to re-sell reasons we only exchange items that have not been opened, worn or tampered with.
2. May I exchange my order?
We are more than happy to accommodate exchanges/refund of hair extensions that have NOT been opened, worn or tampered with.You may exchange your Jada Hair Extensions order ONLY if they have been not untied the rope (same as below).
3. Why are Jada Hair Extensions non-exchangeable if untied?
For re-sell reason, once hair extensions are untied rope that will be affected to re-sell. Do not ALLOW untied the rope to be returned(Like the picture below). We are not alone; other hair extensions suppliers do not allow returns of opened items for the same reasons.
4. How can I exchange my hair extensions?
You must contact us first within the industry leading thirty (30) days exchange period. We will then issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). All Jada Hair Extensions must be shipped back with the original packaging or an exchange will not be issued. We will then provide you with our return address , where the exchanged item will be inspected to see if you qualify for an exchange. Opened merchandise will not be exchanged or refunded.
5. Do I have to pay for the shipping of my exchange?
You are responsible for all exchange shipping costs and we recommend that you send your exchange with a tracking number as Jada Hair will not be held responsible for lost returns. Also, please indicate on package “RETURN, NO DUTIES” or your package will be returned to you.
6. When will I receive my exchange/refund?
We will send you the brand new hair extensions after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened which is tied with rope.
7. What is the exchange period?
We will provide an exchange/refund for unopened hair extensions within industry leading thirty (30) days of the date that you receive your hair extensions.
8. May I exchange/refund Jada Hair Extensions without contacting you or getting an RMA?
No. You must contact us prior to sending your exchange as our return address is different from the address we ship our hair extensions from. Also, the RMA facilitates tracking of your returned product and expedites your exchange.Please note that exchanges for merchandise returned without contacting us will be denied as returns cannot be accepted at our warehouse facility.
9. How may I contact you?
You may contact us and we will reply to you within 24 hours.
Within 30 days of your order processing date, email Jada.com Customer Service to explain the reason for the return/exchange and to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Only those returned packages that include an RA number will be accepted. We have every right to refuse to sign for the package if you send it back without our authorization! Otherwise, you will be responsible for all the losses arising there from.
Prepare returned items in secure packaging, including the original order invoice with the Returns section completed.
Ship returned products via insured or traceable method of shipment to the Returns Address that we will provide to you. And when you ship out the items, please email the tracking number to us also.
Upon receipt of your returned item(s), we’ll further inspect the items and your refund will be processed. All refunds will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
